Tata and NEN have gotten together to form a Hottest Startup in India, contest. You can check it out here. Its one of its kind, and hence something I am really looking forward to. The winner will get a lot of support financially, strategically etc...

I guess everything is chosen by public voting now after the success of reality shows :) but the idea is neat. Infact there is an incentive for everyone, nominator, voter and off course the business itself. Great to see such contests bringing out the best of Indian start ups. There are some real cool ideas out there.
