How about Unlimited Vacation....
What do you guys feel about having a job which offers unlimited vacation. Yep, you read it right - Unlimited vacation. That's what an enterprising start up with offices in US & India is offering to woo its future employees.
Komli is a venture started by Amar Goel who is a serial entrepreneur, Chipshot being one of his past successful ventures. He also apparently has a great experience in VC funding and penned his thoughts in his blog. The article is interesting and separates the glamour from the facts. Must Read....
Anyways coming back to Komli, I would like to give kudos to the management of Komli to have the guts for this. In the competitive world of hiring for startups, this is really creative and I am sure nothing is going to boost productivity & creativity like knowing that you can take a vacation when you want although I am sure with Komli's exciting work/culture everyone will like to work,work & just work ... :)
